Leadership Experience

Being a leader in an increasingly complex world requires the ability to put oneself on the line and to constantly engage in self-development.

At Paideia we have designed an articulated path, which develops over a period of at least 4-5 months, that accompanies managers in an all-round leadership experience.

We have called it the Leadership Experience, because each participant will have the opportunity to experience, accompanied by the facilitator/coach from our team, all facets of the job of leader.

As always, the Leadership Experience can also be customised according to the specific needs of clients.

The plenary modules, in which different learning modalities are proposed, are dedicated to the founding themes of leadership, reinterpreted through the “lens” of neuroscience and mindfulness, which have given a new impetus to the construction of the identity of a leader who possesses the necessary tools to lead a team in an increasingly complex context such as this post-Covid era.

Our approach is highly interactive: each participant has the opportunity to debate his or her own learning and awareness with the group and to test themselves first-hand on their behaviours, through role play and peer coaching.

Between one module and the next, participants are asked to carry out individual work and in-depth studies, which also find a place for sharing and verification at the next meeting.

The Leadership Experience is a journey, and each participant is accompanied along the way by Paideia’s coaches/facilitators in order to maximise the benefits of learning and make them last over time.
