Leadership Assessment

The personal and professional growth of people is the imperative for every company, now more than ever, to maintain its competitive advantage. The creation of a customised development plan has an individual assessment process as its starting point.

It is important for us at Paideia to guarantee a rigorous process from a scientific point of view, which can accompany the Executive or Manager in developing a greater awareness of their own competencies, in order to build a growth pathtogether with the coach that offers the best possible contribution to the organisation.

During the assessment, carried out with specific tools for the various corporate roles, the multiple aspects that make up the profile of each person within an organisation are explored and measured: skills, motivational drivers, aspirations.

For each participant, the Leadership Assessment is an experience of discovery: participants challenge themselves through simulations, tests, structured interviews and rôle play, in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement and start from there on a path of growth tailored to their professional desires and needs.

The Leadership Assessment process ends with the assessors drawing up a detailed report that constitutes the starting point on which we design customised development interventions, together with the company and the manager/executive. When the Leadership Assessment concerns a group of managers/executives, common areas of development can be identified on the basis of which specific interventions are designed.

The team of assessors always includes at least one registered psychologist. Our senior executive assessors have more than fifteen years of experience in Assessment/Development Centres.
