Coaching is an individual, highly engaging and effective experience, that enables the coachee (the person receiving coaching) to responsibly build their own professional development based on their professional strengths, competences and skills. Career coaching is specifically concerned with offering coaching to realise one’s wishes in the professional sphere, checking their feasibility and drawing up an action plan to realise them.

Aimed at people outside and inside organisations, career coaching is offered in those situations where the individual has difficulty finding the thread that connects his or her skills and abilities with his or her dream job. Even within an organisation, in fact, it happens that a resource may want a change of position: there may be an advantage not only for the person, but for the organisation itself! the expert career coach helps the coachee to identify and assess the current competences and those needed for the desired position, to map out the plan to close any gap and to take responsibility for filling it. Also of crucial importance is the work that is done together by coach and coachee to overcome resistance to change and more generally the brakes and self-limiting beliefs that can be an obstacle to the person’s development. The fundamental tools to set up the career coaching pathway are the assessment with respect to the proprietary competence model. The pathway is then established and a number of sessions agreed on the basis of the competences to be worked on and the necessary depth.  Tailored and built on the needs of the coachee, career coaching offers the opportunity of accompanying the person on the road to achieving his/her professional growth objectives.
