Caring
This is what Paideia means to me: caring for oneself and for people, to be in harmony with the world. Caring starts with listening, awareness and acceptance of who we are. It applies to us and to the people we are in relationship with.
There is no change, no personal and professional development, no full self-realisation, without acceptance and care.
A psychologist and psychotherapist, with a doctorate in Occupational Medicine and a master’s degree in Mindfulness, I have studied psychological health issues in the workplace. My experience ranges from the individual to the organisation, applying an integrated approach and on different levels, from prevention to intervention and development.
What I’m bringing to Paideia
20 years of experience in the field of occupational health, in clinical, university and corporate settings. I bring my work of caring for the individual to the company, never forgetting either one or the other, for the maintenance of psychological and organisational well-being.
