Change
This is what Paideia means to me: the place where change is expressed in respecting the present, enhancing what is already there and giving voice to what needs to manifest itself. It is what transforms change from an unavoidable necessity into an attractive adventure with personal implications.
In my life, after a degree in Political Science, I started working as an Assessor and Trainer and then discovered the coaching profession (ICF PCC credentials) in which I found my ‘trademark’. Transferring the value of coaching into every activity I undertake and teaching it to managers and individuals is the contribution I feel I can bring to the system we live in.
