This is what Paideia means to me: sharing
The sharing I find among the people in our team, where approaches and paths are compared and enriched. It is the sharing of knowledge that enlivened the years I spent at university with my students. It is the sharing that I recognise as an absolute core value when I work in organisations and people pass the know-how they have built up through their own experience on to one another. For me, sharing is a sign of the desire to ‘be in the relationship’, with openness and a desire to grow.
After a doctorate in Applied Linguistics and Communication Languages, I combined university teaching with business consultancy and coaching.
What I’m bringing to Paideia
My love for language as a tool for acting on context and building relationships. My ‘taste for others’, which makes me a person who is curious and attentive to the people I meet.
