Continous Learning
This is what Paideia means to me: a journey that never ends, where one step already leads to the next. That goes for me, and for the people and organisations I work with. Continuous learning is what enriches us, what makes us grow as individuals and as professionals.
In my life, after a degree in Economics at Bocconi, I continued studying to become a Coach (ICF PCC credential), a Hudson and Hogan Assessor, a specialist in Neuroscience and Mindfulness, a Biennial Master at INSEAD in Change Management and Organisational Development. All these achievements represent who I am today and are the basis for continuing to build my skills.
What I am bringing to Paideia: 25 years in senior positions in the corporate world and 12 as owner of Agnoletto & Partners and my experience as a university lecturer, because knowledge is also an exchange.
