Over the years we have become passionate about topics that have gradually strengthened our interventions, reinforcing them with new methodologies, techniques and concepts. Themes that have broadened our viewpoint, brought us to the possibility of different perspectives.
We have experienced, together with our clients, the wonder of discovering one’s own resources; how far anyone can go when they are adequately supported in defining competences and accepting new development goals. We have accompanied organisations that wanted to make room for people’s growth and progress together with them, defining their values while also taking their needs into account.
Thus, we have decided to celebrate our milestone, which is not expressed in terms of turnover, but in terms of transformative wealth and generative power. We celebrate it with a new name for our company: Paideia. A reference to ancient culture that gives the present the idea of a continuous journey, of the endless evolution of the human being.
The key is our logo, because it is the universal symbol of the chance of entrance: to one’s own potential, to knowledge, to growth, to that immense treasure we hold within us.
