The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified for Training, Organisational Consulting, Development/Assessment Centre, Coaching and Counselling projects. The Agnoletto & Partners team is made up of counsellors and coaches with a solid psychological background and in-depth knowledge of organisations and their operational processes. Since 2011 the Agnoletto & Partners team has carried out national and international projects in the field of Development/Assessment Centre, Coaching, Team Coaching, Managerial Training with multinationals operating in services, FMCG, Pharma, manufacturing and with some of the most important Italian banking groups.
After 12 years of activity, we now feel ready to introduce ourselves under the new name Paideia, to immediately indicate our approach to understanding the development of people and organisations. We like to give our customers the idea of a limitless path, where there is always room for growth and love of the new.
