This is what Paideia means to me: the possibility of facilitating the growth of resources and organisations through various stimuli and interventions.
Enabling people to express their full potential by focusing on their strengths, as well as working on areas of development, has been and continues to be the focus of my professional activity.
I use several tools and methods, but what I consider successful is the genuine and deep interest in each resource.
What am I bringing to Paideia
An occupational psychologist, I bring more than 30 years’ experience in all areas of HR gained in multinational consulting firms as well as in different companies. For the last ten years I have been working freelance in support of multiple Organisations and Companies, also on international projects.
